Join us for our 4th Annual Summer Soiree presented by Google on Thursday, August 9 from 5:30pm until 7:30pm.

San Jose Parks Foundation invites you to join other like-minded supporters for an early summer evening of celebration and recognition of some of the true heroes of our parks and trails. Hors D'oeuvres, wine, and dessert will be served.

We will be honoring Steve and Janet Wozniak, whose generosity and leadership in support of Butcher Dog Park is truly inspiring. Steve and Janet have been fans of Butcher Dog Park for quite some time. When apprised of some of the needs and desired improvements, they decided to step up and help move the project forward, raising thousands of dollars in their first efforts.

Additional sponsors for this year's Summer Soiree presented by Google include: Polly Santucci, Jean-Marie White, Mayor Sam Liccardo, Vce Mayor Magdalena Carrasco, Councilmember Chappie Jones, Councilmember Lan Diep, Councilmember Sylvia Arenas, Councilmember Don Rocha, John and Marisol Leyba, The Mary Laurene Reber Trust.

In our very brief history San Jose Parks Foundation has had a significant impact on our community - building new playgrounds, engaging thousands of volunteers, doing valuable environmental work and supporting a variety of community organizations. This event is a major way we fund our ongoing operations.
